Garces Tropicana - Olón Restaurant and Bar Olón

Stirred by the freshness of the ocean and woven from the spirit of Latin culture, this new dining experience captures the character and brilliance of the Ecuadorian coast. This unique and airy space is defined by washed wood accents, muted colors, a natural palette of cream and blue, and handcrafted macramé. The lighting design is subtly playful and thoughtfully functional. Small aperture downlights disappear at the ceiling line while providing simple and selective general and accent lighting throughout. For the bar, sun bleached walls and oversized custom lighting hidden in bongos provide a whimsical cap transporting the customer to another time and place. Linear LED lighting is integrated in refined detailing at the bar, highlighting special features. Pronounced decorative features, stark signage, and dramatic finishes create a vibrant and bold atmosphere.
